How is this sort of thing even possible? random guy writes an article that apparently has no confirmation from the company?

Good sentiment but there are times I feel like the business reporters are not that different. We are all trading at the mercy of the Cramers of today

the very least we have to be looking to leave the $10-12 range behind ..... right?

I think we've all thought this before. I'd hope so.

I missed the article this morning but hopefully we hold steady or find out it was a real leak....doubtful though

Yeah I just bowed out and lost a decent chunk of change.
Apparently there were lots like you. Once flushed, a full recovery!

Sorry bro. I guess you knew it was a risk.

Yeah I love reflecting on the graph and stating to myself and here is where you slapped the ask….and here is where you panicked once you found out it was fraudulent…and here is the price now once this information was digested.

I lost about a G but I did in total add shares.

If she gets bought out for $35 I won’t be mad.

Good learning experience once again.

We running.

Highest we’ve been since that initial pop off our previous trading range of around $5.

I'm tempted to open up a call position and see how high she flys. $30 calls are gonna sky rocket if merger happens. No way this goes for less than $30.

I'm just not sure what the closure time frame is.

Stocktwits bull consensus saying it was a leak.

I'm not as convinced based on this thread but gosh it's hard to not be excited considering the build up.

I'm already looking for the next play. Researched a couple of hours last night.
The short list:
BCRX
AKBA
CARA
CFMS (intrigued)

Thanks for the thread on AUPH. I have done very well with it. I have CARA on my watch list and will add CFMS. If you decide on one of these please start a new thread on that one.

How did you start your search and come up with those tickers like that?

Nice. I started doing a little reading as well. Will definitely be taking a look at these tickers.

Im in need of good stock sources, reddit and here have been kinda lackluster lately.

I'm trying to figure out a way to tell how many analyst a stock has following it but I haven't found a good place to track it yet. I'd like to rank stocks by analyst and then use other data on ones with fewer analyst. My hypothesis is there is value where people aren't looking, but first problem is how do you find out who is light analyst.

Interesting. I have some I might put AUPH profits into although they are not necessarily even in the same biomedical area.

SLI - if it has dropped into the 4s. This is the Lithium extraction play that has potential to be a $30 or more stock in 4 years.

BNGO - anything under $6 I may buy depending on other options. Optical Genome Sequencing is a biomedical technology with enormous applications for newborns as a wellness screen and for cancer patients to screen for illness- those are massive markets where Bionano may have technical superiority developed with a moat. They may have significant other areas of use in agriculture and infectious disease. Given the size of those markets with the potential to be paired with CRISPR they could become the entry into gene screening for editing.

ORGN - former SPAC in the synthetic materials game and billions of dollars in contracts.

A few biomedical stocks which are of variable risk

MYOV - probably in the process of being bought by Sumi or Pfizer. Undervalued at present IMO under $25

GTHX - undervalued. Approved drug. Should be $30 and sitting under $15

PRVB - riskier play with CRL pending but outstanding potential

KMPH - undervalued under $10
NWBO - risky play but massive potential for glioblastoma
CTXR - I like this one as overlooked. Catheter salvage is a big deal for hospitals and their trial data are supposed to be strong. High risk and reward till approved

QS if you have patience galore. Solid state battery development partnered with VW will take till 2024 or longer before you know if you have a golden egg or a turd

Uranium stocks- there's a fundamental squeeze going to emerge in the market at some point. Supply from existing producers is inadequate. Older big producers like Kazatomprom or Cameco are an option. Guys like Nexgen or Denison are small or middle tier players who might play out. The biggest problem is risk with the longshots. Instead of going all in on risk some people choose a URA or URNM or even may look at an OTC like Sprotts U.UN (formerly UPC)
