Anyone think it is time for a separate crypto board?

How can we make that happen? I own crypto and enjoy the threads, but they seem to have taken over the money board. How can we make a separate forum work?

No, the amount of crypto threads is still less than stocks and 90% of the crypto related stuff stays in the main thread

If you make a mega crypto thread, then you have to do the same for stocks.
The haters are tired of seeing 5 total crypto threads at a time.
Don't hold a grudge against the crypto guys because wall street only allows you to make 10% a year in your IRAs.

You cannot be this misinformed. One, most of the new crypto threads are things like lassi Doge, GMEX or Shiba. How have those returns worked out in the last month? If I want real info on crypto I go to the main thread — PERIOD. Two, probably 95% of the people on this board that are in stocks are also in crypto. You make it seem like it’s all or nothing. That is true for very few people on here.
I don’t know why you crypto only guys are getting upset at this suggestion. If you think it is that important then it should be able to support its own board, which would mean you don’t have to sift through all the useless wealth generator defeating stock threads.
If we added an official meme coin thread to go along with the official crypto thread and official NFT thread it would help get rid of the clutter. This is coming from someone that is regularly in meme coin threads, so I realize I am part of a problem that does exist
I guarantee a crypto board would get twice the activity of the home/garden, fitness and book boards — combined.

I love conversations that provide value and reason. It's so painful seeing these threads like "OMG SHIBA DEBBA INU IS GOING TO THE MOON".
That is not investing, that might as well be on a gambeling forum.
This board has always had intelligent conversation and reason for the most part. These stupid shite coins are devaluing what this place once was.
ETA: I am not anti crypto. I would wager I have more invested in Bitcoin and ETH than 90% of the people in here.
