Anyone contribute to LA 529 and received adjustment notice from LDR?

Looks like my contributions to 529 were not deducted. I filed with TurboTax, but this notice of adjustment increased the Louisiana taxable income by the amount that was contributed to the 529. Anyone else received similar notice?

So are they denying your deduction on Sch E? There are some limits to the amount you can deduct.

My total contribution was less than the limit of $4800. Just triend calling LDR and I get an automated response "We are experiencing techincal difficulties right now and cannot accept your call. Please try again later." The state really doesn't give a frick.

Yes, they did it to me as well (filed with TaxSlayer). When I called them, they said it was apparently a glitch in their system and they would review it and the deduction should be honored. It seems odd considering they can confirm the contribution amounts with LOSFA.
