Anybody here do a second home loan?

Looking at possibly buying a weekend camp in False River or Toledo Bend. Are there restrictions on how many miles it has to be from your primary residence in order to qualify? I thought you could do 10% down for a second home if it was "X" miles from your house but maybe that is old info.

2nd home, 50 miles from primary residence, otherwise it's an investment type loan. Little higher rate, otherwise very similar
