$199 Boeing; Four trading days later $129 Boeing...

So it bottomed out at $87 before gaining almost $100 per share, and now its back to $139.

Yep. Took a bath with BA. Held a position in the 270's. Thought that would be OK. Maybe a little early, but it was a buy-and-hold play.
Then came the lovely 737 Max wirebundle news. In this market, when unexpected, bad news hit, had to dump the position around 230. Took about a 20% loss.
May get back in at some point, but that was one helluva a stinkpot.

I'm not researching it, but IIRC this coincided with tons of orders for the Max.

Only saving grace to my trade was I’d earlier put on some 325 and then some 315 short call spreads. Less painful, but still painful.
