Wouldit kill ESPN

to play a game or two on ABC. I spent the day in my detached garage/wood shop working on stuff. I have an old school big screen in here with an antenna, and would have loved to watch some college ball while getting in the zone for LSU later. But I was stuck listening to same ole classic rock per usual.
I can't imagine what they played today that was possibly better.

I don’t think you realize how few people watch college baseball. ABC isn’t touching it.

buy a 30 in tv at target/walmart for $125, buy a roku stick for $30, download the watchespn app on said roku stick, watch any games you want on espn.

At least one of you get it.
For the rest of you:
(1) I'm not old... Early 30s;
(2) We have plenty flat screens, Roku boxes, sticks, Roku TVs, etc.;
(3) My wife inherited this thing; it's gigantic; and it makes for phenomenal watch parties when paired with the rest of the backyard;
(4) I have Watch ESPN, reg ESPN, DirecTV, and other goodies, but I like my "dumb" garage the way it is;
(5) Like BayouRat said, it's better than golf, racing, and marathons of housewives.

You do realize college baseball is not watched all that much, thus not getting good ratings. It will never get on network tv.

I know not one other person other than my dad who watches college baseball.
They are actually getting rid of the Boise St wrestling program and getting a baseball team. Tons of people don't understand why they would get rid of wrestling to play baseball. It's a less popular sport up here than wrestling. Do they show wrestling on ABC?

Its not that people don’t watch college baseball. It’s that the WRONG people watch college baseball.
Television networks and executives are lazy and stupid. If New York City doesn’t care about it, they’re not televising it. Tell me a city on the Eastern Seabord that’s competitive in college baseball. That’s why it’s not on TV.
LSU was “good enough” for television when they played the team from Long Island. But it’s back to the WiFi ghetto when they play a team from bum fricking Hattiesburg. You think that’s an accident?
