re: Would you root for the Patriots if Burrow took over for Brady?
The NFL is professional wrestling for people who think they are too smart to watch professional wrestling.

Belichick would have to retire for me to ever root for that team.

re: Would you root for the Patriots if Burrow took over for Brady?
No. But I’d root for Burrow to be very successful, just like I do with all former LSU players. I hope they do well, EXCEPT when playing my Saints.

I don’t dislike the patriots now. I’m a Joe Burrow fan, so I will pull for him wherever he plays next.

I like the Patriots. After the Saints, they are my favorite NFL team. Would love to see Burrow play for the Saints or the Patriots.

No. I would root for Burrow to do well, but will never, ever root for the Patriots.

No.

I would be tempted to, but I will never root for the Pats. I'm surrounded by Pats fans in Boston and they are insufferable.

I guess I'd root for him to have 350+ passing yards each game but that the Pats lose the game by 1 each time.

Lets see how Joe and the Oline handle better defenses before annotating him football Jesus.
