I will never complain about a coach being overpaid. What seems like overpaying now will change in as little as a year. It’s getting crazy. Some said we overpaid for Jay Johnson but Tennessee’s vitello contract was even more. It’s just the way things work. Contracts are increasing.

Considering the alternatives after we struck out on Herman and Jimbo were coaches of the likes of Larry Fedora, I’d say we ended up in a good place.

They don’t have an opening, but I wouldn’t put it past them to go behind the back of their current HC.
Georgia’s coach retired, they might have offered Torina too.
