Follow the Skip Bergman method

Sit down with each and every HC and ask them what they need to compete for and win championships. Then bust arse to get it done for them

If they are given what they ask for and fail to deliver, then changes can be made

A little less greed with the football game day experience would go a long way towards a positive overall atmosphere

Intentionally ignorant as usual lately Earl, people have been bitching about Bahnsen for years now, not a new phenomenon at all really

Fargas has to be #1. We are a long way from ganeday. That can be fixed over time.

It's a sham how far wbb has gone. Not acceptable turning down a NIT and having Louisiana women winning a title.

His biggest task, and probably the most challenging, will be stopping tailgaters from turning the basement stairwells of Lockett into a urinal. I have witnessed people of both sexes flood that thing out on a game day when there is a long line at the port-a-johns

There’s a lot of dead weight in the AD, coaches, and compliance that need to be let go. Fundraising is next. Our facilities are starting to lag behind

Glad you finally said it. That includes Ed and his bullshite OC hirings.

Imagine if he had to hire a defensive coordinator.

It is alright with me either way and IS like college students but I don't know why that is the FOCUS of a Saturday night in Tiger stadium for some, students or not. I'll bet that is WAAAAY down the list of Mr. Woodwards priorities. For me, get rid of Fargas immediatley - Mulkey or not!

I have never understood the complaints about traffic. I have been a season ticket holder for many years and have attended all the games including the big ones. I have always got into free flowing traffic after only 10 minutes. Am I going in the opposite direction than I want to? Sure. But I get home just fine without any stress that I hear people complain about.

I USED to say the same exact thing 6-8 years ago. Then we expanded the stadium AND reduced (FREE) parking on campus, along Nicholson & Burbank, and other feeders.

GENIUS concept... increase seating, but reduce parking options.

Catch me up BigJ

LSU hasn’t been in any trouble in any of the big 3 sports in a while that I’m aware of. And can guarantee they let a ton of stuff slip thru for the football team when you hear about all the chances TM7 or Perriloux got, for instance, that they were never severely penalized for nor was it ever really made public

So my question is: how do you stop the student section from chanting "S that Tiger D"?

Don't let them in. Otherwise, they're going to do it. Wasn't there a game last year or the year before when the band played "Neck" on the road and you could still clearly hear the students that traveled say it over the broadcast?

1. Restructuring of the compliance departmant. Get it to the level of bama and other elite programs.
2. Create a fan first game day experience. Improve concessions, parking, and tailgating will go a long ways.
3. Meet with coach o and evaluate what he needs to be successful in the long term. Facilities, assistants, and bigger recruiting budget all on the table.
4. Meet with will wade and see what facility upgrades hed like to see to remain at LSU for the long haul. Replacing the pmac cannot be ruled out.
5. Help paul maineri upgrade his coaching staff.
6. Nikki is deadweight, beginning planning for her replacement now.

Have you ever been through a .org change? CEOs evaluate and make changes to people they trust. Nobody is safe. All facilities will be evaluated against his standards which as pretty damn high. Been into the belly of Kyle Field (Athletic HoF center and banquet hall area and their renovations are amazing.

1. Remove Fargas. That’s an easy one.
2. Hire Kramer’s mom
3. Protect Wade and enable him to be great
4. Football GameDay experience. Fire Aramark. Remove some ads. Reduce the parking pass areas. Make the Golden Band a new focus.
5. Remodel the compliance department. This is the hardest one, and will take the longest

I think PM is on a longer evaluation list. Low priority. Let’s see how this season plays out and look at how he attempts to bounce back next season as a make or break year

Solid list.

If KMR is actually someone we can hire then back up the Brinks truck and make it happen. Spending money on programs that lose but win pays in other dividends. Get with Wade behind closed doors, get the real scoop, and put it behind us. The guy has a ton of coaching potential and we aren't having any elite coaches knocking our our doors. Set a plan to move forward and make sure we stay in bounds. No need to go into gameday experience because we are beating a dead horse. PM took us to the NC last year. If this season turns into a dud I see no reason not to see what he does. Les Miles was given time to adapt and didn't. Same should happen with PM.
