Joe Brady would be an exciting hire. However the knock against him is recruiting. Apparently he just doesn't like it. I hope that assumption is wrong or he feels he can grow into a good/great recruiter.

100 mil to a guy that has never been a head coach before? No thanks. There are way too many examples of great coordinators horrible head coaches to do this. Joe Brady is great but LSU but I want someone with head coaching experience if I’m giving that type of money.

Brady as HC for millions of dollars is knee jerk and high risk. Truth is, he has limited experience as OC, although it has been highly productive.
Being a HC requires more skill sets, which Brady may, or may not, possess.
The program needs to get it right this time.

Joe Brady is an NFL guy. Isn't a recruiter and doesn't like dealing with kids.
I feel like everyone knew this when he left for Carolina but now everyone is choosing to forget it.

Yea in my opinion even if you got him it’s only temporary as he is going to test out the NFL head coaching waters at some point.
