You would think that he would have some people he would like to bring with him. Plus there is always dead wood in any organization that has been under the same manager for over a decade.
Does he clean house?
I say he eases into it.
Does he tolerate schemers and me first guys? Don’t need to mention names but there were those working behind ole Les’s back?
Does he tolerate a compliance department that works against LSU rather than helping LSU?
Will he be strong enough to tell those that like to meddle to but out?
I believe he will be able to have a positive affect on the whole building. How hard he comes out of the gate I have no idea, but he will have substantial power from jump.

I just hope his first change made is getting Tiger Ree/Buckeye Joe out of the building. Maybe then he will leave the board as well.

I can 100% guarantee you compliance will no longer stop us from signing athletes the rest of the SEC can get to school. If it leads to heads rolling, we’ll see, but you’ll see a noticible shift there.

Long time coming. Those power hungry losers have been on a war path since Saban put them in a closet.

That is a very good question. Compliance needs an instillment of bright forward-thinkers capable of both understanding the new NCAA dynamic as laid out in recent rulings, and of ensuring compliance with those rules, rather than creating rules of their own.

I'd be stunned if that was not already taken care of.
