Will Wade contract question

Correct me if I'm wrong and forgive my ignorance about the legal/money side of things, but I heard that the deal is set up so that if one side wants to end the contract, then that party has to pay the remainder of the contract.
If the above statement is true, then is it possible that he could lead us to an Elite 8 with Javonte and Naz and then get hired by an NBA team who could then easily buyout the contract? Or are there more legal things to consider which would guarantee his being here for a certain period of time?

Catastrophe Syndrome is a funny thing. The guy hasn't coached one game at LSU and the OP is trying to melt over him leaving already.

Aside from the aforementioned opinions of the likelihood and intelligence of this question...
There aint a damn thing you can do to stop him from leaving is someone is going to put up the buyout...
