Will Wade and the FBI

How does everybody know that Will Wade is not working with the FBI on this case. If he is a witness for them he would not be able to talk with anyone. He might have been setting someone up with the phone call. Also how did Yahoo Sports get a copy of the phone call if it was FBI evidence

If he was working for the fbi why wouldn’t he have been subpoenaed by the fbi

If he is a prime witness for them they may not list him to protect him. Just a thought.
