Program will be where he wants in 3 years. Team needs to be tougher show they are together and care about each other.

Good interview. He looked a little uncomfortable with the camera setup. It's ok to look slightly right/down occasionally. Its natural. Finebaum and everyone else does it.

Pays attention to the little detals. (Saban)
Stressing Defense. (Saban)
Said it would take 3 years for a complete "Championship" rebuild, but they would be more competitive and organized right away.
Will be like Day and Night as compared to the previous two HC's.
LSU fans will like what they see and the crowds will be back soon, starting in the first year.

I found Wade to be realistic. Although basketball sucked arse under Jones, Wade is tempering expectations of a quick turnaround with his 3 year timeframe. He is probably sandbagging a bit, but smart move in managing the fan base.
