Will the game being the sweet 16 mess up availability of streaming radio feeds?

I'm worried that since it is a sweet 16 game ESPN will not stream the radio broadcast on their app (they do this with a lot of games) and I won't be able to get a radio broadcast on my phone (I'll be driving for the whole first half!)
Any advice of how to get a radio broadcast from my phone for this game?

Download the NCAA app and stream the video live.

Tune In app will have it but you'll have to deal with the national announcers from Westwood One.
They were awful for the Maryland game.

I say that because I have had to stream a couple games and used their websites. I used them this weekend in the boat to listen to the game.

LSU sports app is free
App is crappy, but you get the LSU 98.1 stream for free
Crappy design, doesn't automatically go to the stream (click audio and have to change year from 19-20 to 18-19) AND you can't close the app while listening
But audio is clear and I much prefer CB and John Brady

I found the link from twitter and it was great, and I could lock my phone with no problems
