Serious question. Last three years:

76
64
43 (2014)

It seems like we hover around 75

I think we will. Just give it some time. We definitley will be passing more, so look for some big plays.

Obviously we would all like to be in the top 35/45 but with this schedule that would seem to be unlikely. Top 75 seems like it should be attainable but I think the vast majority would be very butt hurt by that position, even with the schedule we have.

Rank 75 in total offense and win 9/10 games during regular season WITH defense ranked in top 15 in total defense....
We would probably melt about a stagnant offense. Lol

Based upon what? Total yards?

If you were half as smart as you thought, you might actually make something of yourself.

What’s the most telling for me is how unsure I feel of putting us inside that top 75.

Well based off your stats, we’d hover around 61. But yea.

That's not my game, that's yours. I actually asked a legitimate question. You just did your normal and acted like you know so much more than everyone else. At least there are MANY on this site that have begun calling you out. It seems the closer we get to kickoff the more trolling you are doing.

Okay, yards?

You do realize over the last several (15) years lsu has been a run oriented, grind it out, wear you down type team. Obviously they ran far fewer plays a game than many other teams. Total yards is not really a great way to measure teams any this day and age of hurry up offenses. Some of y'all have a hard time grasping that concept

That said, I believe with more of a passing attack, there will be more plays ran a game this year, and more yards. I'd say lsu finishes around 40-50 this year. But who cares, as long as they are scoring points and winning.

That’s not true. At all. Just because you play ground game and conservative doesn’t mean you can’t be ranked in the top half of all college football offenses.

If that’s the case, then we are not very efficient. An efficient offense (especially a running attack) opens up the entire offense and puts up a lot of yardage and points.

You probably think Oregon type offenses are pass heavy. They run like 85% of the time and only use play-action or RPO.

Also, under Cam...we were extremely up tempo. So, you don’t know wtf you’re talking about.

Baylor, a few years ago, was setting offensive records and ran the ball 90% of the time.
