I mean I think Ray Finkel got one... I think his situation was similar but it was years ago and it may not be apples to apples.

Nope but we don’t know everything that went in to his decision to quit he team. Definitely was contributing and would have continued to contribute.

He is or was a part of the team, so, yes I would say. No matter if he left or not, he was still on the team, so he gets a ring.

Please explain. He wasn’t kicked off. He wasn’t injured. I’m not even sure why he quit, but he did quit. It’s actually crazy to me he did quit when LSU was ranked where they were at the time. I don’t see how he deserves a ring. If this makes me a piece of shite, then so be it. But to me, quitters don’t get prizes.

yeah, it's stupid as hell for them to be worried about an LSU player getting or not getting a ring, it's none of their damn business anyways. The kid will get a ring because he was and still is a part of the LSU team and will always be, he contributed 4 years there. Just stupid people as usual hating like they always do.
