Why isn’t Kevin Sumlin on any of the potential lists?

This guy has shown he can run good offenses in the sec. I think he would be an awesome hire. Also the opportunity to face the aggies every year is an added bonus.

He was co oc at Oklahoma in 06-07 then got hired at Houston. Was also OC for Texas A&M years before that.

With the enormous payout he got from TAM,
Why would he become a OC, when he wants a HC job. For that matter, why even look for work when he has all that money coming?

Probably an academic question, anyway.
Depending upon how his buy out is written, he may lose more money from his buy out by accepting a lower paying job as an OC.
And, he likely thinks anything other than a HC job is unacceptable.

Why would we care how rich people spend their money? IF the donors want to get together and raise $75 million for Jimbo, I'm not going to tell them no. It's not like it's gonna put our Athletic Department at a disadvantage.
