I know we have major issues since Pelini was hired but has he taken over Corey Raymond and Bill Busch's ability to coach the backfield? Thought they were really good coaches. Too much youth? What's the deal?

You could say the same for the dline and the LB's. The whole defense is in shambles.Bo pelini is the defensive Cord and the guy at the head of it. So it all falls on him.

So you're saying he is affecting the established position coaches from last year's team? I didn't like the hire but he must have screwed things up big time.

We’ve seen Corey Raymond be a great coach over the span of 2 head coaches and 2 DC’s. I think his resume speaks for itself. If there’s a problem on defense it ain’t him.

Think the old adage “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” applies here. Tepper, I mean Bo revamped entire D. He a lot like CLM. Stuck in yesteryear football.

He is the one that was in charge of changing the defense to a 4-3 and is supposed to be the one that adjusts during the game. He has done none of that so yeah id say he is at fault. Position coaches can have some of the blame but the man making the big bucks has done nothing!
