Looks like your 9 year old is an idiot.

Randle would have been the first one or two wr taken in next years draft with ine season of mettenberger

Good god. If you, an anonymous frickin poster , can see LSU ha trouble getting RR the football, don't you think scouts can. NFL doesn't give a shite about wr production. If you have talent and measurables, you'll get drafted high.

Mettenberger would have increased his vertical by 4" and his 40 time by .2? Damn. RR went where he did because he is not overly athletic or big. Had nothing to do with his stats.

Coughlin is the new Belicheck...Webster, Chad Jones, Perriloux, and Randle all in the Big Apple.

You're retarded. He has good size and good speed. Maybe you didn't see him blow by mark Barron in 2010. Try watching some football sometime.

He has decent speed and isn't that big. I did think he would be the 3rd or 4th wr take , but he didn't run a fast forty, didn't have a fast three cone( shows burst in and out of break), didn't have a great vertical, and isn't 6'5. He had an average combine an pro day. All that with the speculation from scouts that he took plays off , didn't always like blocking, and supposedly quit on jan9th is the reason he fell. He is a tiger and I love him for that reason alone.

Yes, now I see! RR running by a box safety with marginal hips definitely proves his athleticism. Numers don't lie dumbass look at his combine results. That along with his poor attitude and lack of production sealed his fate.

Exactly. While a wr 40 is overrated at times, they need a fast 3 cone drill to show that burst

Isnt it funny when posters say shite like," do you watch football or you don't know football", and they are wrong? It's funny as hell.

I do agree that a solid arse grab by Mett may have helped RR's vertical.

At the combine he had one of the worst vertical jumps. I don't know how much that matters.

with everyone improving about the same, that's going to get discounted a bit

his vert (which the homefield can't help) stayed at a paltry 31". his broad stayed the same at 10-1, also

For a fricking WR it matters a TON. WRs in the league now need to be able to go up top and outjump CBs.

i doubt he ever touches 31" in game, but as a measurable it is a good gauge of explosiveness

I love how everyone here is working for the NFL Network as a draft commentator and knows every intangible every player in the draft offers.
