I love the delusional opinion that LSU is such a better job than FSU that a coach would jump ship 2 years after a championship.

I'm genuinely asking.

He knows we need a change, went for the homerun hire, got turned down, didn't settle for a middle of the road coach so he kept Les. I'm a bit confused why he's the villain.

Because he could've come out well before the game and stated that this would not be Miles' last game. Jimbo didn't turn him down five minutes before they kicked off with FSU.

He left Miles dangling in the wind out there, but then said that the aTm game had no bearing on Miles' future. It was completely moronic.

Yea he's been so terrible that the athletic department makes so much money it can give some to the university to help with budget cuts.

Regardless of what was going on behind the scenes, Alleva did an amateur job of being the 'face' of the LSU athletic department. Maybe he needs a PR firm to give him guidance or if he already has one, he needs to make a change. A bag over his head would have served him well when he made the announcement that Miles would stay.
Miles couldn't have put it better when he said to Alleva...'Glad you SHOWED up.'

No, but when has that stopped the Drama Queens from running wild?

who "yanked him around?" what was it that was done to les? nothing. the media got something leaked and then did what they do, shock value

it's not delusion. it's true and jimbo has told more than one person that it's true. one particular person on staff at fsu makes $90k. the same person at lsu makes $150k. fsu just got an ipf

So why was les' entire family there? Why was he carried off the field? Why the special fanfare that we've never seen from les? Because he wanted to frick with everyone? No, because he was under the impression it was his last game.

Uh, handle this in the appropriate manner by not leaking that les' job is in jeopardy. See UGA

You don't think the possibility of les being gone next year will make a coach think twice about coming here? Why come to a school where you could 1) not have significant input as evidenced by our numerous coordinators in the past, 2) be let go by an incoming coaching staff? Does the les clause ring a bell? Why do you think Chavis left?

So instead of calling me stupid and flame me for my opinion, I would love to hear you refute my points

how does this give you insight into when alleva decided anything? it doesn't. not one bit

how do you know alleva is the one that leaked it? you don't. and even if he did, he has every right to do so and it not at all reflects negatively on him. it reflects negatively on miles to anyone with a brain. miles is the one who put himself and the program in this position in the first place. don't be a hard head and you're not on the hot seat. but the media wants shock value and soundbites so they run with the idiotic "leaks" angle and sheeple eat it up.

nope. not at all. this is the #1 opening in america. plenty of high profile coaches will be interested. it's been happening since spurrier allegedly did so back in the early 80's.

quote:

Why come to a school
because it's better than their current situation. see jimbo fisher. he was ready after 2014. it didn't happen because michigan got harbaugh instead of miles

So instead of calling me stupid
when did i do this?

No shite. This is all the fault of the fricking retard we are paying millions of dollars to and in turn letting him hire the highest paid coordinators only to frick it all up and call plays. Les fricked this up years ago, not Alleva. frick Miles and I am well aware he is not the total "family" man the delusional posimiles asshats think he is.

THANK GOD. SOMEBODY GETS IT. miles is the one who put everyone in the position of having to make a decision on him, including f. king alexander.
