This is an example of another outrageous exaggeration you are famous for making.

The HC shortstop, Maldonado, is a first rate defensive player. He made a couple of plays that had the LSU fans applauding him.

I agree it's too early to label a team strong or weak, but LE's ignorant statement that we have not played anyone "with a pulse" is just dumb.

LSU has played 7 games and opponents have given up 18 unearned runs and made 15 errors. Do the math.

lets see, they gave up 10 unearned runs over the weekend and made 8 errors in 3 games.

that is a good defensive team to you??

lol. apology excepted.

Wake Forest has won 3 out of the 4 games they have played since LSU swept them, including a win over Minnesota, which is a perennial regional participant. (They have played at LSU's regional twice in the past 7 years.)

So does Wake Forest not have a pulse?

Wake forest is not a good team. I thought you went to all the games?

they also lost to Northwestern and beat Georgetow and Western Carolina. Great programs right there.

Dumbass. Learn English.

HC has one weak defensive player, their second base guy. LSU made 3 errors in the HC series. Does that mean LSU "can't field ground balls" too?

And for the record, with your obsession with my age, here's a picture of me taken last month in Antarctica. Now, tell me again, how old and wrinkly do you think I am????

again, they made 8 errors in 3 games. That is not a sign of a good defensive team. They gave up 10 unearned runs. A good high school team doesnt make that many errors in a game.

LSU made 3 errors in the series? that is 1 per game, pretty standard when you assume most of the team is uninterested playing against these scrubs.

Which is quite a bit different from your Drama Queen exaggeration that they "can't field a ground ball."

There you go again making completely stupid statements. Enlighten us, how many players told you they were uninterested in playing the games last weekend?

or when i said "can't field routine balls" ?

again, apology accepted.

nothing you can say or attempt to twist can make Holy Cross a good defensive team.

So you admit you were wrong. That's a start. They did, in fact, field routine ground balls. How many games did you see this weekend?

At least you got it right this time. What did you do, ask your mommy what was correct word?

you play great teams when you're tryin to build a program to national credibility. we have that.

plus the fact that we have YOUNG pitching, that needs time to grow. it's easy for paul to leave a pitcher in a game to work his way out of a bases loaded, 1 out jam, if we're up 8.

plus it gets the bats heated up.

For the record, they looked very rusty, which is to be expected from a team from Massachusetts who had not practiced outdoors before they played LSU.

But your statement about LSU not yet playing a team which is able to field routine ground balls was just wrong, as per your usual posts.

LSU has made 10 errors already this season, including 3 by Austin Nola. I guess LSU and Nola can't field routine ground balls either, right?

Also for the record, you're not very intelligent.

I answered your question. You're just too stupid to comprehend it.

And again with the age thing? You're obsessed with me, aren't you? Jealous much??

it's a yes or no question.

i said they were a bad defensive team. you proceeded to argue with me and call me stupid.

then i pointed out they made 8 errors, which you weren't aware of. Now you crawfish and say they were rusty and only practice indoors. Stop beating around the bush.... just answer the question, yes, or no. Were they a good defensive team?

How do we know that the Texas, Rice and Nebraska's of the world WANT to come play a 3 game series here?

LSU is one of very few Baseball Programs that make money and these schools w/ smaller stadiums don't have as much clout as LSU does.

ONE good OOC series a year is fine w/ me......
