Take yourself back to that time. It’s 2018 coming off a season you got blown out by Miss. State lost to Troy and then collapsed in the final minutes of the bowl game against Notre Dame. Fired the OC of one year replaced with Ensminger and had a new transfer QB come in causing two QB’s to transfer a couple weeks before the opener.
Things were looking pretty dim going into that season and Miami was the hot team everyone was loving on. The popular saying of the time was Miami has their swag back.

The only people predicting an LSU loss that day was Ed O haters and negatigers. At the time the group was heavy.....it was difficult to find a rationale fan in 2018.

Me too. I thought that was an easy pick - Miami finished the previous season horribly and were vastly overrated early as was proven by how they played the rest of the season.
