Kary vincent is probably fastest overall player. Wr I would guess kirklin but they are all pretty close I guess

Vincent is probably fastest man on team and CFB. Had a bonafide 10.06 100m in the Spring track competition. There are only a handful of CFB players ever that have beat that time.
Palmer is the La State 200m champion FWIW.
