I’m going with Strong and Jones at this point in the 4-2-5. White and Sampah will have a good shot, but I would move off from Dam and Bask unless something changes

I think this would be ideal honestly. With White, Sampah, Baskerville and Clark rotating in when needed.

Baskerville and somebody else. I’m not giving up on Clark yet. Is Strong already on campus?

Yes Strong is on campus. Was the lifter of the day for the LBs on Monday according to Moffitt twitter. Living up to the Strong name

Strong is going to be a starter at one of the linebacker positions, that guy is going to be really good. Loves to bust people up when he hits them too.

I could see Clark being used as a rush end similar to how we used Ray Thornton last year. In 2019 he was actually pretty good getting to the quarterback.

Clark isn’t a MLB he’s an OLB in a 3-4 that’s why he thrived with aranda

I wouldn't be surprised if baskerville is one of them to start the year

Mike jones will probably be the other

Really glad we brought in Jones. I think he'll really solidify the LBs. He's better than more developed than almost any LB we could have signed out of HS.

I think probably strong and Baskerville with Jones and hopefully 1 or more of the young guys ( white, sampah,Webb) in the rotation. I also hope they move Clark to DE, he doesn’t play well in space but maybe he could contribute there.

The safe bets are Baskerville and Jones since they are both proven at the highest level. Strong could break into the rotation, but no one knows for sure how well he’ll translate to the SEC. Clark is a man without a position. He may be best suited off the edge rather than playing in space.

Don’t care who the starters are but with Strong and Jones, our depth is not nearly the issue it was.
