yes. JJ's best defense is that he was acting in self defense. Not really the case when the Shady's employee also said he was standing by himself during the fight.
Basically, Lowery starts the fight and gets his arse kicked. JJ (allegedly) comes him and starts kicking him. Lowery & JJ are both wrong.

I think the point is you tell all parties involved that everyone will be charged unless they can settle it. Pretty sure Lowrey's career in the military would end if he is convicted of a felony. Quid pro quo.
