I mean I could not thank Brady enough, seriously, the dude brought in the offense and installed it.
However, who the hell calls the plays? I need to know.
If I buy you a lambo and you drive it really well while I am in the car with you, would you be able to drive it just as well when I am not there?

If you want to find out who calls the plays from the horse's mouth, go watch on YouTube the Ensminger and Brady interviews from the national championship media days. A lot of you low-information people would benefit tremendously from watching those interviews
Also, watch the Myles Brennan interview from the same event as well cause he was specifically asked what would happen if Joe Brady left LSU, and Myles simply replied, "we will carry on".
It's not like LSU doesn't already have the offensive playbook. As Joe Brady worked for Steve Ensminger and nothing was put in that offense or deleted from that offense without the full approval of Steve Ensminger. As Steve Ensminger oversees the entire offensive operation.
In other words, Steve Ensminger is Ed O's general of the offense, just like Dave Aranda is Ed O's general of the defense.

They both did.
Anyone saying losing Brady is no problem is wrong
Anyone saying losing Brady is the end of LSU’s offensive evolution is wrong

One of them had a play sheet in his hand and was leaning forward and mouthing play calls. The other one was sitting to Brady’s right, looking forward, enjoying the show.

Steve Ensminger called most of the plays and while Ensminger was getting the plays together for the next offensive possession, Joe Brady was the one talking to Joe Burrow in between possessions to see if they were both seeing the same thing. In other words, they were comparing notes.
Per Steve Ensminger, Joe Brady called the plays in the red zone from the 12-yard line to the goal line and also called a lot of the third down and short situations.
In any event, the loss of Joe Brady is not that big of a hit for LSU. As LSU can simply promote someone like that Munoz cat to Passing Game Coordinator and assistant playcaller for next season or whatever Ed O decides he wants to do.
