There's no denying one tendency of Les. The better his defense is, the less likely it will be for him to let his offense open up.

This applies on a game by game basis too. Even if the defense has been struggling, if it's stoning a particular team and we get a 10 point lead, BALL DEFLATED!!!

it would be interesting to see how our team worked with mett at QB early against MSU/Auburn. the defensive issues may have still put us down in a 2-loss hole. the D just wasn't ready at that part of the season

I'd have settled for the scholarship QB not named Jennings.
