Bordelon in there will change his mind. (And of course whomever the new HC and OL Coach are)

i don't think bordelon will be in immediate starter.

Let the deadwood go whomever they are.
Let the new guy rebuild.
Unless we find three or four starters in the portal on the OL we aren’t going to win many games anyway.
We need guys who come to work and who will work hard and who put team first.

I think we are about where we were in 1999 when Saban took over before the 2000 season except the new coach eill have three tings to sell and much better facilities.

None. Who cares? The top guys play 1-2 seasons now anyway.

CFB is basically like the one and dones in CBB for the top guys. At least at LSU.

I don't know what it is, but I don't see Boutte bailing.

Emery
Goodwin
Deion Smith
Sage Ryan
Ricks
Maason Smith

Linebackers that aren't getting PT or being made into backup defensive ends.

Webb
White
Sampah

Also, players that aren't seeing PT due to log jams at other position or being passed up, especially at WR.

Jenkins, Palmer, Adams, Lee

Step 1 for any new hire will be to recruit the team and limit losses to the portal.

Bama went after studs at Tenn and Ohio St. last year so you’re naive if you think they don’t look at our roster and contact a few due to the situation.

Alabama did with Henry Too too but not Jameson Williams...... As good as Williams is he wasn't seeing the field much at Ohio State, only on a minimal level. He simply was passed over by better receivers.... Williams also had Bama as his 2nd choice while being recruited.

You are an idiot. Ricks mother has been all over the place telling people that the family lives here now and love LSU and that her son is injured and will definitely be back when healed from his shoulder surgery. I guess your delusional hatred for O is keeping you from actually keeping up with the real facts moron!

The insanity of recruiting season, fretting over who will or will not want to wear the P&G has now been extended to every player, every year. We no longer just have to obsess over one high school class.

Seriously, folks. This is what a competitive market for a constrained resource looks like. It will be even more fluid than professional sports’ free agency until the NCAA can figure out a way to implement binding contracts. Get used to it.

Our highly sought after sophomore linebackers that for whatever haven't played a fricking down even over the guys that are currently playing and playing poorly will most assuredly be hitting the portal.

There's another factor many don't consider, NIL! Don't be naive and think it doesn't matter because it does. Louisiana born players don't matter for some if they can get a good NIL deal somewhere else. As far as I know we have minimal players getting good NIL deals. Consider the gumpers who have a QB getting a million. Don't underestimate the impact of money. All the more reason to dump that horrible representative of our program and hire an exciting name coach that will enhance our profile AND give players leverage for top grade NIL deals.

Kids like

Lee, Webb, KT, Martinez, emory, adams, samph.

As much as it sucks, it makes total sense for some of these kids to take care of long term injuries now, season is done.
