I am saying if LSU had JFF. Im a Tiger Fan. If LSU had a chance at JFF or JR last year you would have to be crazy not to say JFF - we would be favored to repeat. and if Bama didnt get the set out the SECCG and still get to NOLA a 3 peat.

disagree, he will be exposed big time this year, JR may have turned into a lazy sos post LSU, but IMO, he was a much better college qb, JF is a flash in the pan, again,IMO

True. But think about everytime pressure comes in on Mett. - Knees buckle - hes down. We punt. JFF runs around regroups and fires a bullet. He could fit whatever they told him. Even if they said - hey stay in pocket until you are about to be sacked they try something. Think how many plays we would have saved.
Plus our D would have stayed fired up all the time.
Telling you we would have won it all and would again. Hate A&M or not. JFF was dropping 40 yard balls in a bucket against bama on pure scramble. Bama's D wasnt terrible.
JR could not have done that with this squad.

agree with that x1000, and you may be spot on, but would JR have had to do that? he was a pretty good pocket passer, and for a college qb, saw the field pretty well
BTW: still haven't forgiven him for that fumble against UF, might have been a different year

I can agree with that - We likely win it all with JR too.
I just think JFF is an amazing talent. I think he is like Brees/Flutie/Tarkenton combined but faster x10
Who knows how the Ags finish - their D is a big problem. But I see JFF as a pro starter and a good one.
