The AD still needs to go, and I'm always going to be worried about Orgeron when his pitch is he'll have elite coordinators to do the heavy lifting, but yes, a few wins relieves some of the pressure for sure.

I said about 3 weeks ago Joe will look like the BOSS for this hire. O is smarter than a lot of these numb nut rats on this board think. Watch out BAMA

Checking in, sir!

Don’t want to fire anyone. Coordinators are great and O is a great DL coach.

I agree with the bama comment. Being completely average is still not acceptable at lsu. Bama will crush this team. The gumbo man is NOT the answer

Still here beating 2 crappy and 1 good team does not erase his incompetence. That he gave O a $12m buy out should be considered a fireable offense.

I did not want LSU to hire O but short of a 3-9 debacle he shouldn't be fired after 1 year. But feel free to celebrate a 9-3 season

Yes we are improving but in no way shape or form has the hiring of O been proved as a boss hire. We are still a one dimensional offense with no signs of the passing game becoming legitimate. That was the main reason Miles was fired.

Along with no downfield passing threat, you see lapses in focus, like on special teams or the defense at times. This team and O are both mediocre.

Still here. Like everyone else, I'm happy when the team wins.

Bragging and boasting when we win a game we're supposed to doesn't change the fact that we lost 2 we should have won. It just makes the situation more bearable. Alleva still needs to go. Still don't think Orgeron is the right man to improve the program from where it was under Miles.

Yay, we won Saturday . We should be doing that almost every weekend. Why don't you try to enjoy the win, instead of trying to irritate everybody who thinks O isn't the right man for the job?

Beating Ole Miss right now is like taking a car out, not dropping the clutch at a red light and stalling, and bragging that you're ready to run in the Indy 500. Let's see how things finish before you swear he's the man. Going into the season, I predicted 10-2, with a loss to Bama and another somewhere in Auburn/Florida/Tennessee (I thought Tenn and Fla would be better). I thought we COULD beat everyone but Bama. We're still way off that pace, Troy and Miss St don't go away.

they're around man. they will never go away. they just hidin' (for now).

you'll hear from them as soon as we drop a game. and they will have much pent up vitriol as their hate is deep.

like a terrorist cell they are just waiting for the right moment and a call from one of their leaders. Rickdaddy (and a few others) will blow trumpet when the time is nigh.

yeh, and you thought LSU would be better.
so you and the majority on this board don't really know much at all but clearly think CEO is not the best coach to lead the Tigers which may be true.
but he is the coach at LSU and we should support him till it is clear he can't make the LSU football team a competitive top 5 national football program.
