I mean I don’t necessarily think I would say he’s our best player this year, definitely one of them though.

Tbd. But, I think he's one of the grittiest players we've ever had here. They prepared Beloso to play OF, practically writing him off or pushing him to the IF. He's been a really tough OF for us. He got beat up at the end of the year, and motored right through it on his way to regional MVP. A good super regional to propel this team to Omaha will make him legendary (in LSU lore)...and he may even be back next year.

CPM said in an interview today that he’s the best human being he’s coached in 39 years. Just an all-around awesome kid. Thought that was really cool.
