Be let go I was under the impression that the offense needs a tweak(change in philosophy) but if he is out recruiting doesn't that tells us he is not leaving and things wont change ?

Philosophy isn't the problem but keep telling yourself that.
Now he isn't developing QBs which IS the problem.
He is under contract till after the first and too many head coaching jobs open atm to bring in anyone worth a damn

I believe his contract ends next week so why would lsu make a change when he can still be a recruiting asset for a week.

Usually our firing and hiring takes a lil while. It's prob on Miles, but the way shite has gone down since last January. I'm thinking these contract shenanigans is because of the clowns running the show.
