Max and EliDurant transferred because they thought they were upgrading. So did Daniels. Only Daniel’s was correct.

I actually heard Daniels may have even been benched at one point? There was serious disfunction within their program and the coach was even fired. His teammates clearly didn't even get along which is unusual to see.

Just curious, was there a similar attack on the ASU receiver that transferred to Florida? I remember him being mentioned a few times when I watched the Gators play. He seemed to be their 3rd down guy.

Daniels has always been elite. He was a big prospect coming out of Southern California just like many others who end up in the SEC.
SoCal just churns out good QBs the way that Louisiana churns out good WRs. Of course his teammates were pissed. They feel like he was quitting on him. It’d be no different if Boutte went elsewhere and started killing it.

It's definitely one thing to be a fan and have something to say about a transfer leaving, but to be a teammate and act that way knowing it could be you one day is unbelievable.
I agree with the OP. To see that video and compare the person he was painted out to be with the person we see in front of cameras on a good team is something.

LSU fans did the same to him first 6 or so weeks. He disabled comments on his instagram from like week 1 to week 6 or 7. Now, he enables comments on his insta again, but it was because everone was going on there and making him feel like shite telling him he sucked.

I am so happy to have been wrong about this young man. Legit thought, up until Florida, that he was nowhere close to the answer we needed in the SEC.
Man how things have changed in such a short time. This team is really hard to beat when JD plays the way he has the last 3 games.
