This has nothing to do with whether or not I like O. Last year he had a gift wrapped schedule and blew games to MSU, Troy and ND. It made for a disappointing season.
We didn't fire Les to go 6-2 in conference. O admitted as much in his opening conference. The question was what does he have to do to get props? The answer -- win championships. Period.

Many that have followed recruiting for a long time know that commits in June and July do not necessarily equate to signings on Signing Day.
That said the current class looks very good. O and the staff deserve credit.
Still need to reel in a difference maker at RB. Emery or Cain.
DL Sopsher is a need too.
A few other LA big fish are still out there too.
And as others have said, of course be happy and praise the list of commits, but can we hold the champagne until we actually get the LOI?
Further yes talent is necessary to win so getting talent is vital. But so is actually winning. Schedule doesn’t matter. Betting lines do not matter.
For all the folks giving this staff props in July, before anyone has signed and prior to a single fall practice, I certainly hope what qualifies as success and deserving of props is a 10+ win season.

Seriously, I'm a hater now? I've been more than fair with O. I'm just willing to be honest. If we lose Emery from our back yard and don't get Cain that will be a big deal. If we lose Sopsher the top LA player that will be a big deal. We missed on some DL that we've been pushing hard for and thought we had. Those are big in state kids so if and I said if we don't get them, it's a big deal.
