The one where I had a field pass and got my picture taken with them.

whoa there good buddy.
Were you a student in '58??? - I was starting my junior year in '58 - loved the Chinese Bandits = and the original Golden Girls.
My granddaughter was a Golden Girl '05 - '08. She is still involved with the alumini GGs.
I think they had 100 girls in the show then - stretched from goal line to goal line.
What game was that?? - I didn't miss any home games that year for sure.

2001, that was auburn. Every part of my body had a mixed erection of patriotism and woman fueled testosterone.

Pictures would more likely result in the whacking off you propose.

Fun fact: a neurologist on the Northshore is an ex Golden Girl. If you have migraines she'll fix you up.
Also an ex-Golden Girl who is a gastroenterologist in Metairie, if you should need, or just want, a colon exam.
My favorite performance: Nov. 30, 1974: LSU vs. Utah, temperature at kickoff 38 degrees and dropping toward freezing. At that time the band had no cold weather gear and all the GGs had was a cape. They shivered through the first half (though many sought the comfort of the first aid station on the west side). Taking the field for the half-time show, they piled their capes into my arms behind the goalpost. Then they put on their game faces and danced and smiled through the ten minute half-time show. When they marched off the field their demeanor quickly changed, and they descended on me for those capes like a pack of hyenas on the fresh carcass of a wildebeest.

I was not a student in 58, but was a senior in high school and attended at least a couple of games in 58. I don't remember which game the bandits motiff was used, but one of the Golden Girls from that year is a friend of mine and even at 85 she still looks terrific.

Every GBFTL practice when Semjase was playing.
At the start of every practice, we were in concert formation out on the field
Drumline was front and center of the formation.
Golden Girls in front of the Drumline.
They spent about 10 minutes before the start of every practice warming up and stretching. (With A LOT of bending over forward in their very tight and very short shorts and totally oblivious to the fact that were giving us (Drumline) a free show of GG Tang with every front stretch)

Oregon State, in the rain, they danced right in front of the student section. Vividly remember it from just a few rows from the field
That was the streaker game too. The band stayed and kept playing in the rain during the delay as the student section danced. I vividly remember the streaker being escorted off the field completely naked and chanting ´LSU, LSU!´ while handcuffed.

My granddaughter got married about a year ago - and a couple of Golden Girls were in her wedding party. After the ceremony all the Golden Girls in attendance went out and performed a short version of their pre-game routine. There were about a dozen of them, and there was one from the original Bandits - and yes, she looked "fine as frog's hair."
Spoke to her briefly after the performance, but I had never met her at LSU.
Good times
