The option and running up the middle on first down, was the Head Hatter! My guess, you'll see that next year regardless of the OC.

Prove it.

Long pass plays with no checkdown. Deep means every single eligible reciever has to be deep.

Prove what TN Bhoy? Anyone with a pulse should know that Les and Crowtons offensive philosophies are different.

Prove that the short-side option was Miles's play and not Crowton's.

It didn't show up prior to Crowton, and it was at Oregon with him.

This. Especially when at the goal line. We lost yards every time it seemed.

The "toss up the middle" enabled us to run a great trick play against Alabama on 4th down.

Crowton's philosophy worked, for a year with the right quarterback and players for the system. Then we got recruits that were superb athletes b/c of the national championship that didn't fit in that system. Crowton tried to make Miles and the players happy by spreading the wealth. Probably b/c of recruiting promises.

What we need now, somebody with a stronger personality but also has a similar philosophy to Miles' approach to playcalling. So yeah, Crowton worked for a short time, but then tried to get too cute.

Agree w/ those three, plus, he can take his lack of a screen pass to Maryland. LSU could learn a lot from watching the Saints' screen pass game.

Just got on and read the good, I mean great news. Have been away from radio and interent all day. As others have had he can take the entire playbook with him and even the secret one as well.

And if we didn't run it so much this year we wouldn't have needed so many trick plays to get first downs...

You all-are forgetting the wide side sweep he ran with Trindon and Shepp. Frigging play was weak!
