Talent end experience-wise, this is as good as it's going to get for Les. If he loses three again, he's gone.
If he loses 2 and fails to be in the final season championship hunt, I'm once again going to WANT him gone, but he'll stay, and he'll be above mediocre for the rest of his career here. Good enough to keep it going - not good enough to be relevant.
