What is Orgeron actually good at?

I'm serious. Miles, for all his endlessly debated flaws, attracted great recruits and coaches to the program.
We are sitting on the most tepid recruiting class in a decade and both coordinators may bolt.
So what does he bring to the table? What skills does he actually possess to warrant being in this position?

O is great at recruiting. We will end up top 10 recruiting and that's with a down year for Louisiana.
IMO everything starts with recruiting. If you can't get the players to fit your system, I don't care how good of a coach you are.... You won't win.
