He has got to be pissed that he took that job and burned all his bridges. He could have stayed on air and had that job for life but he wanted the fame and pretend he is a big shot. now his reputation is ruined and he will be unemployable.

I know for a fact from talking to people he talks to that he realizes he is screwed and doesn’t know what his next move could be from a job perspective. He’s pretty much starting over. Can’t be a riverboat captain or br talkshow host.

I'm sure Derek is in good position now regardless because a con man does con things. He rode O's coattails now he probably has dirt on LSU. Worst case he extorts shut up money out of LSU because that's what con men do.
