What if Skip had retired after the 2000 CWS win and bought in Mike Bianco (who was at McNeese)? Would LSU be better or worse than they are now?

Hasn't Bianco only been out of a regional like twice in the last 12 years?
I know it may hurt to say this, but Paul was a good coach at one point.
