What if Aranda and Bucsh left in a year or so.

The question needs to be ask if Raymond leaves and we lose Aranda and Bucsh in the next couple of years?
Do we trust Coach o to make those hires.

You think there’s a choice? He’s the head coach so it’s a moot point of whether you trust him. Every coach should have a short list for coaching contingencies.

I respect your right to post any time about any thing. But, why do we have to constantly conjecture on everything that may or may not happen at any given point in the future with the underlying premise that Orgeron or Alleva will make a horrible decision that will destroy the football program. Lets just enjoy the recent success, buoyed by a great recruiting class with potential to be even better and stop throwing sideways crap at Orgeron, Ensminger and anyone else.

I would certainly have my reservations but your or my reservations about his ability to replace them don’t really matter. He’s the head coach. I’m just going to enjoy the time we have with both of those guys

And what if the plan is to make Aranda HC when O's contract ends and to name Busch the DC?

I was not happy with the hiring of O and especially disappointed that he hired Steve as OC. I believe that LSU could do much better than Steve. However, that does not mean it’s open season to attack O at every freaking turn.

Yup
These people whether they say it or not want the team to lose just so O can be fired and they can be "right". Although no sane person has any idea what they would be "right" about.

Great question, this is likely to happen, Aranda and Bucsh will not be here for more than two more years, why give up on your best coach on staff!

Nothing wrong with not over paying a position coach, letting him go get a nice raise and a promotion, get some experience as defensive coordinator at Georgia, then bring him home to replace Aranda if/when he leaves.
