What has Woodward done since he's been at LSU?

Let me start by saying frick Joe alleva I'm glad he's gone. But. What has Scott woodward truly done since he took the job? Sure seems like he's content to do the bare minimum until he takes over as school president.

And in that year and a half has done nothing to put his stamp on the athletic department.
Compliance is still a mess.
His hires so far (granted probably let O make them but he did contracts) have been lackluster at best
LSU continues to be a punching bag nationally with no pushback from the athletic department
I like woodward but he hasn't done shite if you look at logically

It’s also a global pandemic and we are under serious Title IX investigation.
We were also coming off a national title.
So besides the behind the scenes stuff which is 90% of what an AD does and we never see, what else would you like him to do?

He has not put himself in the limelight making stupid comments.
He has let his coaches coach and we have a national championship in football, not giving him credit for that but he did not step in and screw it up.
He took over a the basketball scandal problem and has so far has contained it and seems to have mended it
Our 3 major sports Football, Basketball and Baseball are in good shape

Alleva got blamed for every single LSU shortcoming, regardless of what it was. It appears, for whatever reason, fans now want to find the true reason for failures now and not simply blame Woodward for everything

Sure you would. Oh he got people to accept pay cuts due to an $80 million shortfall. Does that count?
How exactly does one “reign in” the compliance department anyway? This keeps being thrown around like it’s an actual thing.

Title IX and NCAA investigations are not what I call a gold mine.
Woodward will earn his pay (or not) this year. With the budget problems, I'd say his plate is pretty full right now.
