Getting Gio back with leadership and the emergence of Thompson and his maturity gives you a very good consistent lineup 1-6. Need to figure out 7-9 which we have multiple options for, just gotta find that last spark.

The elite pitching and maturity of Labas and Marceaux and hopefully Fontenot finding his true self again.

Warmer weather and full crowds give this team the exposure to crowds they deserve and seem to perform better under pressure.

Gio back and adjusting to not having Hill and Beck pitching. Plus better job of almost all hitters working the counts in their favor instead of chasing bad pitches.

We started having better at bats in the last few weekends. They just weren't resulting in hits and runs. Now instead of fouling pitches off those balls are finding spots in the field. Hopefully it continues.

Thompson, Morgan and Crews are ballers

Marceaux and Labas keep you in games

Beloso needs to fish or cut bait. He’s a huge disappointment

Nothing. They’ll get swept next week.

That’s just baseball.

Did I hear correctly when the announcers said Ole Miss has lost their last 4 SEC series or something?

They are good, but they also have been losing lately? We are closing in on having the same overall record as them.

Also, regardless how LSU ends up this season, I don't consider it hate to prefer LSU goes a different direction with coaching. I believe it's time to move on. We haven't exactly been living up to the prestige lately. Last season was going to be a disaster too.

I believe LSU can do better.

They’ve lost their last 4 including this LSU series

You miss their best starter too

One of my barometers for good teams is defense & they’ve been atrocious all weekend. Likely they are just overrated

Also take into account LSU has the 3rd toughest schedule in the entire country. We blew two games between SC and Tennessee, win those two and you are 9-9 after this sweep.

Contrary to popular belief, Paul is a top 4 NCAA baseball coach.

He had a rough patch in his personal life but he is rebounding and getting better.

One good weekend doesn’t change the fact that we are on a downward trend.

It’s time for Woody to begin negotiating an extension for Paul.

Oh that’s right.... you are one of those fans that thinks LSU should be a top 5 team every year and only lose like 5-6 games.......

Beloso put the team on his back. We're just feeding off him.

The fact of the matter is we should not have gotten swept by Tennessee and lost the series to USC. Small things have changed the course for some of these games and the majority of the blame should sit on the shoulders of the head coach.
