F.

Rotates weirdly, couldn’t get the right back on the field at the right times, none of them can catch the ball, and our whole rushing attack is awful. Recruited a 3* from Ohio in Kiner and maybe a mid 4* in Goodwin

How does one evaluate rbs with zero blocking?

if your oline play is a D+ how can your running backs do anything Kevin Faulk isn't playing on the field all he can do is teach technique and that's it if the line isn't blocking then your running backs would look trash

Let's put it this way, the best thing KF has done as a staffer is clock Jimbo's nephew.

But he's an LSU legend that automatically means he's an excellent coach.

Great former players don't always make great coaches, particularly at the skill positions. The simply will not understand the way these players think and adjust.

It's honestly why most great coaches that were previously players tend to be role players.

It's also why Michael Jordan is a horrible owner. He thinks he can get the team to work like he did, but that isn't happening, thus they are mediocre.

There are rare occasions where it works (Spurrier), but other than a few, its failed consistently.

That said it's hard to grade the running back unit because of atrocious OL play. The rotations have been mind-blowingly illogical though.

Honestly, I cant even give him a grade besides an F. The unit as a whole is awful. Even behind a bad line you can still run (see the Bengals). The rotations suck, the kids look worse than last season... maybe the play calling from the OC is making the unit look worse, but they are bad. You'd think Faulk would step in and help come up with some creative plays with the OC for his boys. Every running play just reminds me of a shittier version of Les football.

we've abandoned the run all year. I don't know how you even assess his coaching to be honest

The Bengals average 3.8 YPC (28th in the NFL) and have given up 44 sacks (31st in the NFL). They are 2-9-1 and their franchise QB just suffered a career threatening injury because of the OL's inability to protect him. You can't win with a shitty OL. Pure and simple.

The rotations are crazy. How emery after vandy gets like three touches the next game is unreal

I’m disappointed in our running backs this year. Curry has disappeared, Emery runs very tentatively. He doesn’t look like a 5=star. Davis Price is playing hard.and it shows in his playing time. Glad to see Bradford getting some plays but lord, he looks little, thin like he needs some meat on his bones.
