Not much has been said about his injury (at least I can't find it). He was jumping up and down on the sideline when we scored the last touchdown.

I figured he'd be on a Heisman run at this point in the season, but he sure seems to have checked out. After his success last year, and seeing how Fournette went so high after missing much of the year, does anyone think he's not wanting to play? Can't say that I'd blame him for not wanting to, considering the porous line in front of him.

Something's fishy about the whole situation.

(FTR, this is not a bashing thread. I've always thought more of him than I ever did Fournette)

He also RAN off the field after the MSU game which seems odd for someone with a knee injury.

BUT

Guice has always balled out for LSU so unless I see proof he is dogging it his last year I will believe something injury wise is going on.

He's been injured since before BYU. We'll probably never know.

Not sure he'll get the benefit of the doubt like LF7 did. The optics don't look good for him by jumping around, I agree.

We were talking about this before the game. Someone said he prolly don't want to get hurt before he gets drafted. I hope this is not true.

Yeah the fishiness is that when every defense has to prepare for LF7, Guice is an extremely effective change of pace back. When Guice is the feature though.....

If Guice had not played at all on Saturday, then I would have been suspicious that something had come of that tweet that he posted and then immediately deleted last week with him and his mom and the new car.

But since he played Saturday, then I have no clue what the deal is. I guess he tweaked something that had been previously been hurt.

Who gives a shite? If he couldn't practice Tues/Weds does he need to play with an injury when the team doesn't need him vs Syracuse as there are 3 other backs available? O said prior to the game Guice was on a limited participation plan. Point being he shouldn't have played a snap IMO and I would prefer to hold him until SEC play resumes.

They said knee. He definitely was not hitting holes they way he used too. I believe that he is indeed hurt.
