I'll preface by saying this kid never once was on my radar as a possible playmaker until late this past season. I heard from a few people in the know that he is an absolute practice monster and began starting to turn some heads, thus leading to his playing time in 2016.

What do you guys expect from him? He seems to be a quick wideout with pretty good hands, but his stats are limited so who knows his true potential. Either way glad he's a tiger!

It depends. If he changes his number to something less awful then we're talking about a minimum of 120 receptions, 1,500 yards, and 15 TDs. If he sticks with 39 then he might not make the roster.

He played because he does the things no one notices. Kid blocks his arse off every play. He also got into a groove catching the ball. Very happy for this Kid.

To answer you question.
I bet he goes for 700-850 yards and 8-10 td's.

I like 39. Its original.

Right. A jersey number don't make the player.

He played an absolutely brilliant game against Texas a and m. That touchdown catch was a thing of beauty .

All in all I expect this young tiger reviving core to do really big things next year even though expectations are relatively low. We are losing Chi,Dural, smith, and Jeter but we will only improve imo. Chark , Dee Anderson , Gage, Davis, and a 2 or 3 deep TE rotation will be damn strong . Not to mention Canada utilizes his fullbacks in the passing game as well. Guice could have 25-30 receptions as well in his offense .

Several wrs left and he started off as a DB. Actually played as a true frosh, so technically he wasn't just sitting.

He made the switch to wr in the spring under Miles.

Hopefully we run about 10 more plays per game

That alone should help a guy like Gage. 130 extra plays a season is huge

His blocking downfield, practice habits, and toughness will have Joseph and Canada!'s attention. I think he has 20+ receptions.
