Well instead of him flying jets and then playing baseball, he will just play baseball and then buy jets.

I have seen 6’3”+ in older fighters but new ones not so much. I once hosted Hacksaw Jim Dugan sit in an A10 in the 80’s. He couldn’t get his feet to the rudder peddles. “Tough Guy”

Greatest player. Would own nearly every record had it not been for him serving 4-5 of his prime years in the service. He was unbelievable.

He would have had a shot at the career home run record had he not fought in 2 wars. He missed nearly 5 seasons from the prime of his career.

Though Ted was awesome I contend Lou Gehrig would have been the greatest giving the last three years of playing were diminished and the end of his career also cut short. I hate the Yankees BTW

If he has what it takes at the next level (you never know until they are actually on the mound in a big league game) he should 100% be a pitcher and work a job getting paid millions where the most dangerous part is a baseball getting hit back at you.

Most cargo and fuelers are jets. Not fighters mind you but jets.

Apparently he has stated that when his baseball days are over he is going back into the Air Force. Now the odds of that are pretty damn low that after he has a MLB career and likely would be married and have kids. But the fact that this is his plan and goal tells you what kind of a exceptional young man he is.

Maybe he can pitch in MLB and fly the chartered jet that flys the team from city to city. Problem solved.

Ted Williams eyesight was so good he reputedly could see the individual bullets in the stream from his machine guns.

Probably the job that lets you sign a 9 figure contract

He can learn to fly for a retirement gig if he wants to

If he plays baseball he will be able to afford an 80M jet.
