Really sharp guy that cares about his players. Gives me a really good feeling about next year and beyond if we're able to retain him. I'd make him co-HC and give him a raise to stay and not see him at a rival.

Good stuff. He seems to have the "it" factor and will be a head coach some day sooner than later. Have to believe that factored into his decision to come. Oh, and the money lol.
