I will be the first to say I wasn’t ecstatic about Johnson but after watching his press conference the dude is pure class. He’s going to represent LSU better than just about anyone else could and his preparation is going to translate to winning. I’m glad the keys to LSU baseball are in his hands. Let’s get back to Omaha baby.

He got me fired up listening to him. I wish I had the skill and playing ability and eligibility left.

I suppose that's a step up from running into a brick wall like the Tigers did five times this year in Knoxville.

How sad a person do you have to be to come to the Tiger rant to talk shite in a thread about our hire?

Come back and talk when you actually do something relevant in Omaha.

doing that and still not winning a game in Omaha. The way the vols shite themselves was nothing short of impressive.

and Tennessee will hang what banner this year?

SEC CHAMPS? NO
SEC TOURNAMENT CHAMPS?NO
NCAA CHAMPS? NO

Maybe you can have a big orange barbque to celebrate your two and bar b que.

LSU retired it's coach for having the type of "success" that you are celebrating.

Congratulations on doing something to LSU that hasn't been done since the 80's. It led you to 0-2 in Omaha.

When LSU does something that hasn't been done since the 80's.......well that doesn't happen much, because we've pretty much done it all.

Congrats on your two years of being good at baseball.

Not good enough, obviously but the best Tenn. will ever be.

Funny, your team has one year of relevance and you’re all acting like blue bloods.... pure gold.
